S1 registrations, filed when companies plan on going public/registering with the SEC, can be found in most of our databases which include filings.
Finding Individual Company S1s:
From the left-hand navigation of the company overview page, scroll to News, Events & Filings, and select SEC filings.
On the next page, click Prospectuses (S-1).
Finding S1s filed within a particular time frame:
LSEG is particularly useful for locating findings from the 1990s not found in Capital IQ.
Click on the Filings & Events tab and select Advanced Filings.
Enter date range.
Under Categories start typing in “S-1” and make your selections.
Add other filters as desired.
