IPOs (initial public offerings)

In Capital IQ:

1. From the Screening  tab select Transactions..

2. In section for General Transaction Details select Types and select Public Offerings .

3. Click on Add Criteria  and add any additional screening criteria.

In LSEG Workspace:

1. Click on the Search Tools tab and select Companies.

2. In the text box where it says Add Filters type in ‘IPO’ and select IPO Date.

3. Add the desired date or date range and click Done.

4. Add other criteria as desired.

5. A list of companies matching your criteria will appear automatically on the right.
