To download content, users should create an individual account. Once an account is created, connect it to Harvard's Pro subscription by navigating to Candid via HarvardKey access. Once logged into Candid via HarvardKey, click on the "Sign in" button in the upper right corner of the page and sign into your newly created Candid account.
After selecting content for download, you will receive an email notifying you that your download is ready. However, do not use the download link provided in the email. Instead, locate the download queue by clicking on your name, selecting "Subscription features" and then "Download queue."
